This is a fantastic meditative series. I’ve experienced a lot of grief the past few years and have felt completely numb and disconnected from my body. This series has helped me feel again. It was strange at first to feel the spark of reintegration with my body but it deepens with each meditation. I particularly loved session two and saw myself in the ocean surrounded by dolphins.
